Upon entry, guests are greeted by a dedicated room on the left, housing both a sauna and exercise equipment. Accessible via a smart lock system.
Adjacent to the sauna and exercise room, guests will find a full bathroom on the first floor, providing convenience and accessibility for guests.
Ascending to the second floor reveals a stunning, open kitchen fully equipped with modern amenities. A wet bar/pantry area.
The second floor also features a cozy living room bathed in natural light, offering a welcoming atmosphere. A balcony off the living room.
The fourth floor boasts a uniquely plush family room/office space, complete with a full-size sofa/daybed for additional sleeping arrangements.
